When I was in high school, I really struggled with public speaking and presenting in front of others. I would often stumble over my words, speak either too quickly or too softly, and forget what I wanted to say.

The teachers and other students would often comment on my nervousness and could have thought that I lacked confidence in my ideas. 

But the reality was, Inside my head, I had so many ideas and thoughts that I wanted to share but struggled with communicating them effectively. I just didn’t have that streamlined mind to mouth process.
